Thank you for your purchase from Bulk Barrels UK. We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible items to us for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.
RETURNS
All return requests must be made within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
Returned items must be:
- In unused condition
- In the same condition as received
- Returned with any original packaging (where applicable)
Due to the nature of used oak barrels, normal signs of wear, ageing, charring, staining, markings, and rustic characteristics are not considered defects.
RETURN PROCESS

- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Return address details will be provided once your return request is approved.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect
EXCEPTIONS & DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund. If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will cover return shipping costs.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING USED BARRELS
Bulk Barrels UK supplies genuine used oak barrels.
Used barrels are:
- Previously utilised
- Charred internally
- Rustic externally
- Naturally weathered
Each barrel is unique in appearance, colour, markings, and condition. Variations are to be expected and are not considered faults.
Please carefully review product descriptions before purchasing to ensure suitability for your intended use.
