Thank you for your purchase from Bulk Barrels UK. We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible items to us for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.
FAILED, REFUSED OR MISSED DELIVERIES
Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to accept delivery at the agreed delivery address and that the delivery location is suitable and accessible for the delivery vehicle.
If a customer:

Refuses delivery for reasons unrelated to the goods being faulty or incorrectly supplied;

Is unavailable to accept the delivery at the agreed delivery time;

Fails to arrange or accept a redelivery after a failed delivery attempt; or

Provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address,
additional delivery, return-to-sender and handling costs may be incurred.
Where a delivery is refused or cannot be completed due to the customer, Bulk Barrels UK reserves the right to charge a £50 restocking and handling fee, together with any reasonable delivery, redelivery or return-to-sender charges actually incurred from the carrier.
For palletised deliveries, carrier redelivery and return charges can vary depending on the delivery postcode, number of pallets and carrier used. The customer will be informed of any applicable additional charges before a redelivery is arranged, where reasonably practicable.
If the goods have been returned to us following a refused or failed delivery, the order will not be automatically redelivered. Redelivery will only be arranged once any applicable charges have been paid.
If the customer chooses to cancel the order instead of arranging redelivery, any refund will be dealt with in accordance with the customer’s statutory rights and our Returns Policy. Nothing in this policy affects or limits any rights the customer may have under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

RETURNS
Our returns policy applies in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
For eligible voluntary returns, return requests must be made within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
Where a customer is exercising a statutory cancellation or other consumer right, the applicable statutory time limits and requirements will apply.
RETURN PROCESS

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Return address details will be provided once your return request is approved.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect
EXCEPTIONS & DAMAGED ITEMS

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund. If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will cover return shipping costs.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING USED BARRELS
Bulk Barrels UK supplies genuine used oak barrels.
Used barrels are:
- Previously utilised
- Charred internally
- Rustic externally
- Naturally weathered
Each barrel is unique in appearance, colour, markings, and condition. Variations are to be expected and are not considered faults.
Please carefully review product descriptions before purchasing to ensure suitability for your intended use.
